CoSIE Results from the Year 2018 Published

25.01.2019

The first year of active CoSIE collaboration has come to its end. In celebration of our successful first project year we have published some interesting results and experiences from our project actions. These publications are a stepping-stone for the implementation of our co-creation pilots. However, we believe that these materials are beneficial to other public sector actors who have interest to develop co-creation in their sphere of influence.

Rapid Evidence Appraisal of the Current State of Co-creation in Ten European Countries publication sheds light on the concepts of co-creation and social innovation and investigates how they are used and utilized in Europe. In CoSIE we used Rapid Evidence Appraisal (REA) to identify and present co-creation policies in each participating CoSIE country.

CoSIE Policy Brief 12/2018 Relevance, Understanding and Motivation – The Key Catalysts of Co-creation highlights the state-of-the-art of co-creation in service design in ten European countries and lists some of the key challenges and successes of co-creation.

Towards a Roadmap for Co-creation – Practical Ideas and Useful Tools is the first stepping-stone towards a roadmap for the co-creation of public services. The roadmap looks to incorporate reflection and lessons learnt from all our pilot public service programmes in an effort to advance knowledge and share best practices in co-creation.

Enabling Co-creation through Twitter – A Guidebook for Research Project Communication instructs how social media, particularly Twitter, can effectively be used for communicating aims and achievements of the project and for interacting with stakeholders.

All these interesting results are available on in our Materials.
